Hi Jeraldine,
Thank you for the reply. The email from craigslist is getting blocked by a microsoft server. Its a problem other hotmail users are facing as well. The craigslist domain is not on my blocked senders list nor is there a rule set up to delete it. Any other suggestions?

To better isolate your concern, we would like to verify few things:
- Which email platform are you currently using, is this through an Outlook email client or through outlook.live.com?
- If using the Outlook Web App, have you tried other browsers or reset the browser being used?

The problem is happening through outlook.live.com. I have tried using different browsers; safari, Mozilla and internet explorer.

I reset the browser as suggested. The email is the one I have always used. The problem still exists.

Have you tried using a different email other than Outlook? Let's try doing this so we can further isolate your concern.
